The buyer requires a strategic portfolio assessment and future investment strategy service. The consultant will analyze national data on women's representation in graduate degrees and professional fields, evaluate existing educational pathways, scan policy conditions, assess the alignment of current programming with identified needs, and analyze donor market trends. The service culminates in prioritized recommendations for future investment areas. Eligibility is restricted to onshore (USA Organization Only) vendors. The budget for this work is up to $150,000 USD. All questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026. Performance of the work will be offsite.
