Program Manager Consulting Services

The North Jersey Municipal Employee Benefits Fund seeks program manager consulting services. The scope includes acting as a program design consultant and preparing reports twice annually for the executive committee. These reports must cover employee benefits trends, statistical analysis of claims data for trend identification and cost containment, member plan design changes, third-party administrator administrative changes, industry updates, recommendations for TPA cost containment programs, communication strategies, and claim appeal recommendations. The work will be performed offsite. Eligibility requires the organization to be onshore (USA Organization Only). Proposals are requested, but no budget is stated.
