511 and Express Lanes Operational Services

The Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) seeks an Operational Services Contractor to provide staffing and management for its 511 Operations Center and express lanes operations center. The contractor will support real-time operations for traveler information and express lanes programs, staffing both centers and coordinating between them. Staffing coverage must be ensured during normal operating hours and emergency conditions. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations. Performance of the work will be onsite. MTC is looking for proposals. All questions must be submitted no later than September 9, 2026. The anticipated release date for the RFP is August 2026, with an anticipated project timeline from April 1, 2027, to June 30, 2030.
