Engineering Design Services

The Town of Brookline, Vermont seeks proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide professional design services for replacing the Grassy Brook Road culvert over Grassy Brook. The selected firm must conduct a site visit, review an existing Hydrologic and Hydraulic study, design replacement culverts and a temporary bypass, prepare construction-ready plans and bid documents, provide cost estimates, and identify applicable codes and permits to allow for construction in 2027. Eligibility is restricted to onshore US organizations, and a site pre-bid meeting will occur on October 27, 2026. Applicants must submit a cover letter, firm profile, key personnel resumes, composite schedule, references, and a cost proposal by mail or email to the Town of Brookline by November 18, 2026. The town will evaluate proposals based on experience, personnel qualifications, project understanding, proposed approach and timeline, cost-effectiveness, and past performance.
