Murray City, Utah, seeks a vendor to provide professional engineering services for a PFAS evaluation and source development study. The scope of work includes project management, regulatory and PFAS data evaluation, existing source and system evaluation, treatment and non-treatment alternatives evaluation, deeper aquifer feasibility, life-cycle cost comparisons, and a recommended implementation plan. Eligibility is limited to US organizations, and a Utah-licensed Professional Engineer must be responsible for the work. Applicants must confirm they are eligible for federal awards and submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) that includes a cover letter, firm qualifications, relevant experience, technical approach, project management plan, references, and mandatory signed certifications. SOQs must be submitted electronically via the U3P Euna platform or delivered by mail or hand to Murray City Corporation by November 16, 2026. The initial SOQ must not exceed 20 pages and cannot contain any pricing, fees, rates, or dollar amounts.
