The buyer requires a secure, efficient, and user-friendly web-based Investigations Tracking System (ITS). The solution must streamline case tracking, documentation, reporting, workflow management, and data retention, enhancing operational efficiency. It needs to manage alerts, events, and violations in a call center environment, including customizable programs, an analytic software suite with case compliance scores and dashboards, and multiple security permission levels. The software must offer Single-Sign-On via Microsoft EntraID. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations.
