Prisoner Transport Services

The government authority in Collin, TX requires prisoner transport services. The vendor must provide an operational ground transportation system available 24/7/365. Services include deploying at least two officers per transport, furnishing female personnel when possible for female prisoners, and ensuring prisoner safety and well-being. Vendors must also feed prisoners three meals daily, including one hot meal per 24-hour period. Male and female prisoners must be separated during transport. Eligibility is restricted to onshore (USA) organizations. Proposals are requested, and all questions must be submitted by September 3, 2026. Performance of work will be offsite at the vendor's premises.
