RFI for Cable Connector Enhancement Services - Presolicitation

The government authority in Washington, DC seeks cable connector enhancement services. The buyer requires a robust, multiform factor applicable solution to strengthen commercial off-the-shelf cable connection points on existing fabricated boards.
