Improving Communication Accessibility Services for Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing Transit Riders

The government authority in Washington, DC seeks to improve communication accessibility services for deaf and hard-of-hearing transit riders. The vendor will develop a decision-making framework and toolkit for public transportation agencies to identify, evaluate, select, deploy, and assess communication technologies and strategies.
