Route 41 Corridor and Community Visioning Plan Service

The government authority in Philadelphia, PA, seeks a vendor to provide Route 41 corridor and community visioning plan services. The scope includes developing a unified vision for the corridor across five municipalities, establishing a framework for strengthening corridor identity, and advancing multimodal transportation recommendations. The service also aims to strengthen coordination between municipal planning objectives and future transportation investments, identify opportunities for economic development, and create implementable strategies. The vendor will build consensus among stakeholders, manage the project, assess existing conditions, engage the community, develop a place-based design framework, create a multimodal transportation strategy, and produce a corridor implementation and action plan.
