Comprehensive Active Transportation Plan Service

The government authority in Philadelphia, PA, seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive active transportation plan services. The vendor will develop a long-range vision for a safe, connected, and accessible pedestrian and bicycle network. This includes identifying conceptual infrastructure improvements, evaluating barriers, advancing Complete Streets principles, and developing an implementation strategy. The scope also encompasses project initiation and management, existing conditions assessment, public and stakeholder engagement, network analysis, and recommendations. The work will be performed offsite. Eligibility is limited to onshore (USA Organization Only) entities.
