RFI Real Time Enhanced Fine Tracking in Directed Energy Applications - Pre-Release

The government authority in Washington, DC, seeks real-time enhanced fine tracking in directed energy applications. The vendor must provide 3D imaging and tracking capabilities to enhance counter-drone and counter-missile defenses, and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance. This includes 3D coherent imaging with digital holography, algorithms and software to improve 3D imagery and maintain an aimpoint, and a demonstrated prototype processor with real-time test results. The solution must be robust against scintillation and speckle and correct phase aberrations. Eligibility is restricted to onshore US organizations. The performance of the work will be offsite. The government is looking for proposals.
