Development Partner Services

The government authority in Durham, NC, seeks a development partner to lead the planning and implementation of a site redevelopment. The selected partner will develop a comprehensive, financially viable, and implementable plan that complements the agency's primary elements. Responsibilities include all predevelopment tasks such as environmental and geotechnical testing, utility analysis, market and economic studies, entitlement applications, environmental clearances, and demolition. The partner will also produce a financing plan leveraging public and private resources. Eligibility requires onshore (USA only) vendors, and work performance will be onsite.
