Digital Campus Solution

The university requires a vendor to provide a Digital Campus Solution consisting of BIM models and GIS maps overlayed with campus data to support building operations. The contractor must discover and audit existing programs used for work orders, energy management, and space management, while also creating data standards, operating procedures, BIM plans, and data plans to help implement standard protocols moving forward. The contract period spans one year, and the university requests proposals for the budget. Performance of the work will be offsite. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid. The university will host a pre-bid meeting on August 20, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions no later than August 27, 2026.
