Janitorial Services

Robeson Community College is seeking a North Carolina registered vendor to provide daily onsite janitorial services in Lumberton, North Carolina for a three-year contract term. The required scope includes cleaning classroom and office doors, chalkboards, student desks, drinking fountains, and shop hand sinks, alongside emptying trash, recycling, and shredding machines. Staff must also vacuum carpets, sweep, dust mop, and wet mop floor spaces, stairwells, elevators, and public traffic areas, clean kickplates and baseboards, and sanitize push plates, door handles, and light switches with germicidal cleaner. Only onshore USA organizations registered as North Carolina vendors in good standing in the Electronic Vendor Portal (eVP) are eligible to bid. Bidders must submit proposals digitally by November 17, 2026, at 2:00 PM ET, including a cover letter, title page, execution pages, cost proposal, customer reference form, worker location attachment, and signed financial condition certification. An optional site visit takes place on November 2, 2026, and all inquiries are due by November 3, 2026. The buyer will evaluate proposals using a ranking method based on technical proposal, references, vendor experience, and the cost proposal.
