Architects and Engineers Services

The City of Gallatin, Tennessee, requires a vendor to provide architects and engineer services. The requested scope includes evaluating and designing a renovation or addition to the civic center, designing a new concessions stand, a new soccer field complex, new park restroom facilities, and sidewalk improvements, alongside making other ancillary design recommendations. To be eligible, the vendor must be a USA-based organization and perform all work offsite at its own office premises. The buyer is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than September 10, 2026.
