Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations System

The buyer seeks a support partner to provide post-implementation support services for its Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations system. The selected vendor must stabilize the system post-go-live, perform break-fix and issue resolution, manage configuration changes, and support month-end, year-end, and audit processes. The scope requires building and maintaining Financial Reporting statements, Power BI reports, and Excel reports, alongside handling integrations, data management, environment operations, security role design, process optimization, and update testing. Additionally, the vendor must train staff, transfer technical knowledge, and support a one-person internal team offsite. The opportunity requires an onshore vendor that is a USA organization.
