Governmental Relation Services

The buyer requires a vendor to provide comprehensive governmental relation services for a one-year contract period. The selected contractor must assist with communication approaches and interaction strategies, schedule meetings, develop talking points, prepare briefing materials, and conduct preparatory briefing sessions. Responsibilities also include proposing events, advancing research, responding to legislative requests, monitoring and analyzing legislation, fostering relations with government and community members, working with faculty members, promoting research agendas, identifying grant opportunities, assisting with grant applications, and implementing federal advocacy plans. Eligible vendors must be based onshore in the USA, and the contractor must perform the work onsite. The buyer requests proposals to determine the budget.
