RFI for Cloud-based Project Management Software

The County seeks information to determine if a vendor can provide a cloud-based project management software solution or an alternate product meeting its needs. The buyer requires a cloud-based work management and collaboration platform that supports an unlimited number of users. Requested scope includes task assignment and delegation, custom workflow development, milestone tracking, workload forecasting, Microsoft Teams integration, and automatic schedule adjustments. The solution must also deliver governance and provisioning capabilities, disaster recovery SLA capabilities, financial and visualization features, and enterprise-level security. To participate, vendors must perform the work offsite and meet onshore eligibility restricted to the United States.
