Photographer Services

The buyer seeks a US-based vendor to provide offsite photographer services and complete ownership of all generated images. The vendor must supply all labor, materials, and equipment, including digital cameras, lenses, lighting, editing, and file server accessibility. The buyer will use the images across various media, including print, video, online publications, social media, signs, billboards, and promotional materials. The vendor must keep all images confidential to the hiring agency and cannot bill more than one shooting fee per assignment regardless of how many departments use the deliverables. The buyer is currently accepting proposals to establish the budget. Interested vendors must submit all questions no later than August 31, 2026.
