The buyer requires a configurable platform that supports customer service, utility billing, meter data integration, payment processing, collections, reporting, customer engagement, a cashiering solution, mobile workforce management, and future AMI and digital initiatives. This platform must improve data quality, increase automation, strengthen integration across enterprise systems, enhance customer experience, and meet evolving business, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
