Ballot Packet Printing and Mailing Services

The Maryland State Board of Elections issues this Request for Information to survey vendor capabilities for printing, inserting, and mailing ballot packets for primary, general, and special elections. The buyer requires double-sided ballots in 11-inch, 14-inch, or 17-inch sizes, offsite envelope and insert printing, and outgoing and return envelopes for domestic, military, and overseas voters. The contractor must also supply at least two test decks per jurisdiction before printing ballots.
