RFI for Medical Accession Services

The United States Military Entrance Processing Command requires qualified Fee Basis Providers to conduct applicant medical-history reviews, medical evaluations, and medical test and record reviews to determine if applicants meet military medical accession standards. The contractor must supply personnel, management, scheduling, quality, administrative, information-protection, travel, and transition activities to support ordered services. The contractor performs the work offsite at its own office premises, supporting a government authority in Houston, Texas. Eligibility restricts participation to USA organizations. The buyer sets the ordering period from July 2027 through June 2032 and requests proposals for the budget. Interested parties must submit all questions no later than August 20, 2026.
