Innovation, Technology, and Expertise University-led Networks Service

The U.S. Department of State, NEA/Riyadh, seeks a prime recipient to provide the University-led Networks for Innovation, Technology, and Expertise (UNITE) service. The selected vendor must conduct a program orientation, finalize project selection criteria, create outreach materials, market the program to qualified U.S. and Saudi universities and corporate networks, and administer a merit-based selection process. The buyer requires the vendor to produce a training curriculum, technical roadmap, standards brief, workforce-readiness assessment, or pilot plan. Additionally, the recipient must help project teams pitch outputs for follow-on Saudi funding, corporate sponsorship, or commercial procurement, and compile lessons learned into market-entry toolkits. Only onshore U.S. organizations are eligible to apply, and performance will occur offsite.
