Electronic Protection Order Court Pilot Service

The Office on Violence Against Women requires a vendor to provide an electronic protection order court pilot service for a government authority located in Washington, DC. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to apply. Applicants must submit proposals to establish the budget. Interested bidders must complete and submit the SF-424 in Grants.gov by October 6, 2026, at 11:59 pm Eastern Time. Bidders must then submit the full application in JustGrants by October 8, 2026, at 4:59 pm Eastern Time.
