Title II Equitable Services

The Orleans Parish School Board seeks a vendor to provide offsite Title II equitable services for non-public schools in New Orleans, LA. The chosen vendor must deliver high-quality professional development services to improve teacher and principal quality, increase the number of highly qualified teachers and principals, and close educational gaps in student achievement. Only USA organizations are eligible to submit proposals for this one-year contract, and the District seeks proposals to determine the budget. Bidders must submit electronic proposals via email to the Procurement Department by Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. CST.
