Title IV Student Academic Enrichment Services

The Orleans Parish School Board seeks a vendor to deliver Title IV student academic enrichment services for non-public schools in New Orleans, LA. The vendor provides offsite services to help students access a well-rounded education, create safe and healthy school conditions, and improve technology use to build digital literacy. The buyer requires proposals for the budget and restricts eligibility to onshore USA organizations. The District hosts a virtual pre-proposal meeting on Friday, September 4, 2026, at 12:00 P.M. CST. Vendors must submit all questions to the Executive Director of Procurement no later than September 9, 2026. Proposers must electronically submit their proposal responses via email to the Procurement Department by Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at 12:00 P.M. CST. The District reserves the right to reject any or all responses when in its best interest.
