Abatement Services

The City of Tulare seeks an onshore, USA-based vendor to provide offsite abatement services. The required scope includes mowing lawns, trimming borders, trimming hedges and bushes, pruning trees, cutting weeds, site clean-up, and removing trash, debris, clippings, trimmings, and refuse associated with yard maintenance. The contractor must ensure trimming matches or falls below adjacent structures or grass. Additionally, the contractor must remove and dispose of all weeds or grasses along fence lines, parkways, sidewalks, streets, alleyways, curbs, and gutters. The buyer requires a proposal for the budget and will compensate the selected contractor based on classified consulting rates specified in the contract exhibit. The buyer mandates monthly invoicing and pays within thirty days of invoice receipt. Interested bidders must submit all questions by September 11, 2026.
