Idea Mediator Service

The government authority in Frankfort, Kentucky seeks a qualified and impartial Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) mediator to implement an impartial mediation system. The buyer requires the mediator to resolve disputes between local education agencies and parents of students with disabilities using effective mediation techniques, and to provide services as required by the IDEA.
