The requested scope includes providing, reviewing, and analyzing cost estimates at various accuracy levels, including AACE cost estimate development, review, and comparison for lump-sum projects. The contractor will perform capital construction budgeting, master planning estimating with life cycle and operational costs, and value engineering or alternative design cost analysis. The contract spans five years, and the vendor performs work offsite. Only onshore, USA organizations are eligible for this opportunity. Metro is looking for proposals regarding the budget, and it offers free proposal writing coaching to interested small business owners who request it by 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time on September 1, 2026.
