Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Advisory and Procurement Consulting Services

The buyer needs a USA-based vendor to provide offsite Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) advisory and procurement consulting services for assessing, planning, procuring, and selecting a replacement ERP system. The buyer requires the selected proposer to handle general project coordination, project management, staff direction, assessment planning, risk register monitoring, and administrative activities. Additionally, the vendor must develop an ERP Assessment Framework, establish a comprehensive ERP Project Plan, review current systems, assess organizational readiness, and identify major implementation considerations. The scope includes assessing business processes across functions such as general ledger, payroll, purchasing, budgeting, and utility billing. Ultimately, the selected proposer must draft and finalize an RFP for ERP software and implementation services. Only USA organizations are eligible for this opportunity.
