The buyer requires a fully managed network environment and a private 5G test environment for the Wave Tech Centre, consolidating LAN switching and routing, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, firewalling, and private 5G into a single managed service. The selected vendor must provide ongoing offsite managed services meeting defined business-hours availability, performance, reporting, and security standards, while maintaining Technology Professional Liability Insurance of at least $5,000,000 per claim and aggregate.
