Right of Way (ROW) Agent Service

The Town of Knightdale, NC requires a vendor to provide on-call Right of Way (ROW) agent services for a five-year contract period. The selected vendor will execute right-of-way acquisition for the First and Smithfield Sidewalk project as the initial task. Future potential projects encompass greenway, sidewalk, bicycle, and roadway construction. The buyer seeks comprehensive ROW services, including project management, planning-level estimates, title research, appraisals, appraisal reviews, negotiations, preparation of conveyance documents, surveying, utility coordination, closing services, eminent domain support, and ROW certification. Eligible vendors must be USA organizations. The vendor will perform work both onsite and offsite. Bidders can submit responses digitally through email or online portal, and the buyer requests proposals to determine the budget.
