TV Equipment and Control Room Upgrades and Maintenance Services

The Town of Cary, NC requires a single contractor to deliver television equipment, control room upgrades, and maintenance services. The buyer seeks a single point of responsibility to assess, design, procure, install, integrate, test, document, and support audiovisual, broadcast, lighting-control, and related software systems. The scope covers assessing existing audiovisual and broadcast components, recommending system architectures, and executing the approved upgrades for Town Council meetings and public programming. For Council Chambers and the atrium, the vendor will assess lighting performance and implement approved fixtures and controls.
