Straight-Line Diagramming Tool

The buyer requires a vendor to provide a straight-line diagramming tool for a one-year contract period. The tool must support at least 250 total users and 40 concurrent users, offer web or mobile access, utilize various databases across development, test, and production environments, and include administrative screens, customizable user profiles, and an integrated overview map. Key functional requirements include organizing diagrams by district, division, area office, and enterprise level; calculating zone lengths in real time; emailing PDFs directly from the tool; and importing, displaying, or editing roadway geometry, county limits, intersecting road names, surface widths, types, lane and shoulder counts, and curve data. Eligibility restricts participation to United States onshore organizations, and the vendor will perform the work offsite.
