Graphic Design Services

The Authority seeks a vendor to provide offsite graphic design services to create visual representations of its services and operations. The selected designer will analyze, plan, and create visual solutions, tell stories across print, electronic, and video platforms, and design materials such as advertisements, newsletters, reports, promotional displays, program logos, and environmental graphics. The designer must recommend and implement communication methods using copy, illustration, photography, videography, animation, color, type, and layout techniques for distribution on platforms including the company website, Intranet, and social media. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible to bid for this opportunity. Bidders must submit all questions no later than September 3, 2026. The buyer accepts digital response submissions via email or online and requests proposals to determine the budget.
