Underwriter Services

The government authority located in Albany, NY seeks vendors to provide underwriter services. The successful vendor will replace the agency's prequalified panels for senior managing underwriters and co-managing underwriters. The selected Tier 1 senior managing underwriters must manage the underwriting process, advise on bond structure and market timing, commit capital, conduct sales calls, support bonds in the secondary market, serve as remarketing agents, and provide post-closing analyses and cost-effective pricing. Tier 2 co-managing underwriters must assist with bond marketing and distribution, commit capital, support secondary markets, and perform requested services. Only onshore, USA organizations qualify for this opportunity, and work performance will occur onsite. The buyer requests proposals for the budget and establishes a three-year contract period.
