The buyer requires a vendor to provide a modern, secure, accessible, mobile-first web design, hosting, and content management system (CMS) solution for the Evergreen State Fair and Paine Field Airport. The contractor must design WCAG 2.2 AA compliant templates, optimize the site for ticket sales and travel conversion, and establish a CMS that supports automatic image optimization, role-based permissions, SSO/IdP integration, WAF security, and staging environments. The scope covers content migration, limited UX writing, and integrations for ticketing, flight information, parking payment, maps, events, and emergency alerts.
