The buyer seeks a vendor to provide a decentralized federated learning and real-time data assurance solution. The selected contractor must operationalize artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities across geographically dispersed tactical edge nodes, including ships, submarines, and shore stations operating in bandwidth-constrained, contested environments. This contract requires a decentralized federated learning framework deployed on small form factor appliances, enabling edge nodes to train models locally on organic sensor feeds and transmit only lightweight model outputs and data updates to the cloud enterprise. Additionally, the platform must embed an artificial intelligence-driven data quality and anomaly detection layer at the edge to autonomously identify, flag, and remediate signal dropout, telemetry drift, and corrupted feeds. Eligibility requires an onshore, USA-only organization. The contractor will perform the work offsite. The buyer accepts digital responses via email or online and requests proposals to determine the budget.
