Venue and Event Management Software

The buyer requires an enterprise-grade venue and event management software system to support seven or more venues throughout the full lifecycle of event and client management. The contractor must provide the software, full component installation, hardware, network installation, cabling, complete data conversion from the existing system, training, technical support, and future upgrades. The scope includes managing sales, booking, contract administration, event execution, financial tracking, and reporting. Additionally, the software must integrate seamlessly with Workday, DocuSign, and BluePay, while the contractor develops a reliable check method to verify data exports. Eligibility limits participation to onshore United States organizations only, and the contractor will perform all work offsite. The buyer accepts digital submission of proposals via email or online, and seeks budget proposals within the responses. Bidders must submit all questions no later than September 10, 2026.
