The buyer seeks a vendor to provide cloud-based credentialing software services supported by all major web browsers. The system must allow contractors and their employees to easily enter information, which may include criminal history, business practices, employment histories, business reputation, and financial condition. The software must enable the buyer to configure documents, workflows, approval paths, and automated actions based on established business rules. It must also support reminder schedules, notifications, document indexing, advanced search, and the storage and retrieval of searchable PDFs and standard file formats. Only onshore USA organizations are eligible for this opportunity, and the work will be performed offsite. The buyer is looking for proposals to determine the budget.
