Electronic Drug Information Reference and Formulary Management System

JPS seeks a vendor to provide an electronic, evidence-based clinical drug information reference and formulary management system for a three-year contract period. The buyer requires a standalone, web-based application accessible to authorized JPS domain users that integrates with EpicCare Link and supports Microsoft Active Directory Federation Services. The system must support multiple formularies and include comprehensive, cited content for providers, nurses, and pharmacy staff, covering boxed warnings, safety concerns, patient education, dosing, labeled indications, and administration guidance. The vendor must migrate the complete, currently active configuration. To qualify, bidders must be an onshore USA organization, and work performance can occur onsite or offsite. The buyer is looking for proposals to establish the budget. Vendors must submit all questions no later than September 7, 2026.
