ArcGIS Systems Integrator Solution

The buyer requires an ArcGIS systems integrator solution to upgrade its desktop software from ESRI's ArcMap to ArcGIS Pro and transition its current data model to ESRI's Utility Network. The selected vendor must provide detailed infrastructure and application design, comprehensive migration services, and implementation of ESRI tools for water distribution and wastewater collection assets. Required scope includes integrating the Utility Network with enterprise systems, delivering change management, training, operational practices, assessing and scrubbing asset data, refining geospatial data architecture, and establishing governance controls.
