Hereditary Cancer Program Portal

The buyer requires a secure, configurable, and interoperable patient portal to support the delivery of hereditary cancer services. The requested scope includes replacing fragmented workflows with a unified platform that handles patient onboarding, intake, family history collection, appointment management, secure messaging, results delivery, clinical workflows, and follow-up. The selected vendor must confirm the solution design, configure the portal, integrate the system with agreed PHSA/BC Cancer databases, execute legacy data migration, and provide operational reporting and analytics. Work will occur offsite. The buyer established a three-year contract period and seeks proposals for the budget. Only Canadian organizations operating onshore are eligible to apply.
