Integrated Campus Safety Platform

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide an integrated campus safety platform. The scope includes an enterprise-grade Emergency Mass Notification System (EMNS) using multiple redundant communication channels, a modern multi-path Campus Emergency Blue Light Phone System to replace aging POTS-based infrastructure across indoor, outdoor, parking, and remote environments, and security operations situational awareness software. This software must provide a unified, vendor-agnostic platform for real-time monitoring and incident management by aggregating data from video management, access control, automated license plate recognition (ALPR), sensors, and emergency systems. Additional required components include an ALPR system, computer-aided dispatch, records management, and a video management system with a strong preference for Milestone XProtect. To qualify, eligible bidders must be an onshore USA organization. The buyer requires offsite performance of the work. The buyer has not listed a set budget and is looking for proposals to determine the cost.
