RFI for Email Connector Solution

The City seeks information on an email connector solution to allow users to capture and file email messages and attachments from Microsoft Outlook into SharePoint Online. The requested solution must support information governance, records management, metadata management, retention, and compliance requirements. Vendors must provide a general solution overview, details on Outlook and SharePoint Online connectivity, available licensing and subscription models, supported Microsoft Outlook environments, and standard support and maintenance services. To participate, vendors must be an onshore Canadian organization and register on the Issuing Authority website to download the unwatermarked RFP. The buyer requires all work performance to occur offsite. The buyer seeks proposal details regarding the budget. Interested vendors must submit all questions no later than September 11, 2026.
