Fee Accounting Services

The Housing Authority located in Camden, NJ seeks a USA organization to provide offsite fee accounting services. The selected vendor must perform monthly bank statement reconciliations, prepare and review monthly journal vouchers, and maintain general ledgers while preparing reports and balance sheets in compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Additionally, the contractor must review financial and cost controls, prepare debt service entries, maintain investment and insurance registers, and generate all monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and year-end financial statements with annual closing entries. The scope also requires providing financial records, statements, assistance, and work-papers for the annual independent audit and other audits. Only USA organizations qualify for this opportunity.
