Government Relations, Legislative and Advocacy Consulting Services

The Town seeks government relations, legislative, and advocacy consulting services to enhance its intergovernmental relationships. The selected vendor must design and implement a strategy to broaden direct communication with state-level entities and develop relationships with key legislators, regulatory agencies, state agencies, and membership organizations. Scope requirements include communicating the Town's positions on key legislative actions, monitoring legislative events and the state budget process, providing oral and written reports, and tracking relevant bills and amendments. To qualify, bidders must be onshore United States organizations. The buyer requires offsite performance of the work and lists the budget as "Looking for Proposals." The buyer will hold a pre-bid meeting on September 4, 2026.
