Countywide Resilience Implementation Strategy Program Service

The buyer seeks a vendor to provide a countywide resilience implementation strategy program service. The selected vendor must support the development of Countywide Resilience Implementation Strategy Plans that identify, prioritize, and advance implementation readiness for actions and projects reducing climate-related risks and strengthening community resilience. Strategies and projects must advance goals in established, locally supported community plans and consider opportunities to deliver multiple benefits, such as protecting public health, supporting economic vitality, and strengthening critical infrastructure. Eligibility requires an onshore USA organization, and the vendor performs all work offsite. The buyer requires vendors to submit a proposal for the budget. Interested vendors must submit all questions no later than September 17, 2026.
