Underwriter Services

The buyer requires vendor services for Senior Managing Underwriters, Co-Managing Underwriters, and Selling Group Members to execute bond transactions over a three-year contract period. Senior Managing Underwriters must lead the underwriting syndicate, structure and price bonds, market the offering, manage the order book and allocations, coordinate investor outreach, and execute bond transactions. Co-Managing Underwriters support the Senior Managing Underwriters with marketing, distribution, investor outreach, and execution. Selling Group Members distribute bonds to investors without assuming underwriting responsibilities, duties, or risk. The buyer limits eligibility to onshore USA organizations and mandates offsite performance for all work. The buyer requests proposals to determine the budget. Bidders must submit all questions no later than September 4, 2026.
